Rondi Alexander
Owner - Master Colorist

I have been a stylist for 22 years and have owned my own business for 14 years and love all aspects of the beauty business.  I have been certified with Farmesi as an educator in color and texture design.  I have also trained under the Robert Cromeans Global Artistic Director, with Linda Yodice and Scott Cole a professional and highly motivated team.

I also offer facials using the cutting edge in anti-aging technology (Arbonne - a product line that is formulated with all natural and botanically based ingredients)

I'm educated in what works for individual skin types and disorders.

It's rewarding being able to give someone a new style or a product line that could make a beautiful difference.

My Salon Philosophy is  "to give each person entering our salon a pleasing and relaxing experience with a noticeable beautiful difference in hair, skin or nails. Be it your 1st or 100th visit.

Louise Smith
Managing Cosmetologist / Instructor

I have been a stylist and nail tech for 22 1/2 years.  I am a licensed instructor working with students at cosmetology schools training in nail and hair services.  I am also on the Alumni Committee at WCSCC in the cosmetology program.  I have been trained in designer coloring and cutting under professionals, such as, Chris Baaron and Ann Mincy.  I specialize in nail services from manicuring and enhanced nail lengthening to customized hand treatments.

 I also do designer perming and cutting. I also participate in hair donating for cancer patients.  I have been to the "American Beauty Show" in Chicago.  I have also been in the "Fashion Focus" in Cleveland & Columbus and to Redken's National Symposium.

Stephanie Ogden
Managing Cosmetologist

I attended the Ohio State Cosmetology School. I trained with Charles Penzones 3 hours weekly.  I then worked in the Charles Penzones Salon in Columbus for 4 years. I have been an independent stylist for past 3 years in the Wooster & Columbus areas.

I specialize in dimensional hair color and accompany that with the latest, edgy haircut to fit your personal needs.

I continue to update and challenge my skills with educational artists by attending hair shows.

Sarah Feilner
Managing Cosmetologist

I'm a managing cosmetologist, licensed since 2002. My continuing education consists of several fashion focuses in Cleveland with training from Redkin, BedHead, Aquage and Matrix.

I have trained under Anthony from Shear Genius.  I have done extensive corrective color training through Redkin.  I have trained under American Crew for stylish men's' cuts.  I have had Schwartzkoft and Loreal Professional color training.  I have also seen Aquage updo classes.
